Returns, Refunds, Replacements & Cancellations Policy

Okay relax! We can understand how you are going through your orders, and that's why we have come up with our Yukti's policies on returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations on one page.

Here are the most common problems you may face: You might receive a damaged product or the wrong product, or simply if you are not satisfied with what you have received, or in case you got to know your purchase was not quite right. Then we offer you two simple alternatives to make you smile:

1. Replace/Exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice of equal value.

2. Give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods.

Please go through these to get it in a better way:

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations: If, unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order via your "My Account" section with ease or by contacting us at yukti.site@gmail.com.

  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount to the card used for making the payment.
  • No request for cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.

Returns & Replacements: We have a 10-day return/replacement policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or to replace your product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or replacement, you can contact us via the "My Account" section or from our "Contact Us" page, or you can drop us an email at yukti.site@gmail.com. You can also contact us at the same email address if you have any other return-related questions.

 

Refunds: We will immediately notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at yukti.site@gmail.com.

  • If the payment was made in cash or if the order has been done in the form of a COD, then the refund is made in the form of a bank transfer. You can contact us at our email address, yukti.site@gmail.com, so that we can credit your amount asap.
  • If the payment is made using a credit or debit card (or any form of net banking), then the amount is credited back to the same account or card from which the payment was made.

For Products Bought On Sale: Unfortunately, we would not accept returns/exchanges/replacements/refunds requests on sale-purchased items. Sale products are final sale only.
